Out of the two cars, I think the Sky looks more aggressive. With more creases and angles than the rounded shoulders of the Solstice.

I seriously considered these cars before I made my SRT8 purchase and worried about the same "chick car issue" because of the Miata backlash. My brother suggested I should just put sponsor stickers and a big number on the doors and drive around in a helmet...people will know you mean business. I thought about it for a sec.

I have been thinking of buy the Sky myself. The reason for the higher list price is has more standard features. And who cares if some think its a chick car. Who cares what others think. If you like and enjoy it, thats all that matters. If they think its a chick car then they don't have to ride it!!

I've actually been thinking about the Saturn 'Sky' as well, since my brother has decided to get rid of his new Vette to obtain a pre-owned E55 AMG. We've always had this 'time to get a different vehicle challenge' since we were kids, yet vowed to never get the same vehicle as the other. I really don't need another vehicle, but I would like to get something else to 'tie me over' until the new 'Challenger' becomes available.

I'd still like to see this car be produced by DCX...as it remains at the top of my 'want list'.

I know it’s a lot more money, but you need another SRT in your stable. So what high powered Vert shall it be……hummm perhaps a CROSSFIRE. I know someplace that is selling one dirt cheap…..they just want to get rid of it and are prepared to take a loss. Come on you know what they can do!

BTW….your other choices aren’t chick cars. I see loads of dudes driving them around these parts and they all look butch as hell. Now the Miata…….well it just doesn’t denote masculinity not nearly as well as your pink Prius...it takes a real man to drive pink.

I'd rather have a Mustang GT 'vert. You may be able to get one for under $30k.

Out of the two mentioned though, definitely the Sky. the Norelco shaver on that Solstice looks goofy.

If you can wait, checkout the latest Road&Track. The Saab Sonnett (based on the Solstice/Sky platform) looks DAMN SEXY!
