I think they can... How's this?

"And now I'd like to introduce a special guest from Daimler-Chrysler who's with us in Daytona today to make a special announcement:"

"Thank you. I'm pleased to announce that in the 2008 production model year, Chrysler Corporation will bring back a great piece of pony car and Can-Am history: the Dodge Challenger." (Applause)

"The base Challenger will be offered with a high-output 3.5 liter V6 engine producing 250 horsepower, coupled to a five-speed autostick transmission. A T/A version will be equipped with the popular 340 horsepower, 5.7 liter Hemi V8, and the R/A model will house the massive 425 horsepower, 6.1 liter SRT Hemi. Both the T/A and R/A can be had with either an autostick or an optional 6-speed manual transmission.

"Finally, just for you NASCAR fans..." (Wild applause) "Chrysler is pleased to announce that the top-of-the-line Challenger SRT8 will be equipped with the 6.4 liter, 510 horsepower race Hemi!"

(Dead silence, followed by wild applause, men screaming, ladies fainting, Mustangs in the parking lot spontaneously losing tire pressure...)

Ummm...Lawfive, do you mind explaining to us if this is a joke or you actually quoted this somewhere???

(Obviously the part about men screaming, ladies fainting......but the part about Mustang tires spontaneously deflating is definitely true...It happens every time I drive by one with my SRT-8)

Sorry, I thought everyone would know that "Daytona" means the Pepsi 400 announcement tomorrow night. This is just a little wet dream.

I knew he was dreaming when he wrote this.

The only problem I see is do I go with Silver...which looks great on the Challenger.

Or do I go with the Purple color.....which was one of there most popular colors on the original Challengers, back in the early 70's.
