Angry Dodge same colors options

Was anyone else aware that Dodge is basically using the same color schemes for the magnum? I was just snooping around the Dodge website and was a little disturbed to see the same colors and names will be used for the magnums.

Tell me that I’m not crazy and that this doesn’t set well with us guys. Check it out http://www.dodge.com/magnum/colors_w...ndex&type=left

Why would that disturb you? They share 5 of the 7 initial colors. Dodge and Chrysler had same colors in previous years also. The 300 has 2 colors that the Magnum does not have and vice-versa.

The 300 has:
Satin Jade Pearl Coat
Deep Lava Red Metallic

The Magnum has:
Inferno Red Tinted Pearl
Mineral Gray Metallic

I knew that Chrysler/Dodge share a lot of the same items from the parts bin. This will be my first domestic product ever, actually I inherited a Ford Escort but I'd rather not remember that right now, so I’m not familiar with the whole Dodge/Chrysler thing.

To me the cars share so much sheet metal that I was hoping that they could use their own colors just to set them further apart.

I think it would be a great time to bring back the "fun" colors like... Plum Crazy, Go-Mango, Citron Yella, and of course Hemi Orange.

Hmmm Maybe they are waiting for the release of the "New" Charger.... I wonder if there is going to be a drop-top version?

For those that don't remember the "fun" colors, here is a sample.

I wish that they offered mineral gray for the 300. It's an awesome color.

I have been thinking the same. That is a color the 300 really needs. Maybe one day they will add the color from this concept:
