Hennessey Performance

I just wanted to let everyone know of the forum what a great expierience I had with John Hennessey. I ordered a SRT 8 take off suspension for my 300C. It came within three days and I was happy. My suspension guy said the parts were wrong and I got jipped. After reading some posts about John I thought I was ripped off, however I contacted John based on my suspension guys concerns and he immediately refunded my money and offered his Tech guy to solve the problem becuase he insisted I had the right parts. Sure enough I checked all of the part numbers with the local Chrysler dealer and everything was correct. My suspension guy was wrong and since he embarrased me I fired him on the spot. I recontacted John and he understood and I sent him the re-payment. Eventhough he apparently has some bad blood with other Forum members my expierience was great and he even knocked $50.00 off the total deal becuase I was a member of the forum.

Glad to hear it worked out.
I to had the same concerns once, and JH came through with flying colors.

Great to see people write up the good deeds and not just the bad taste. Glad everything worked out for you. Enjoy

I bought my Quaife Limited slip diff a couple of months ago and no one I called around DFW or the greater Texas area would touch it...said it was too hard to install. A friend of mine called John and he made time for me with one days notice and freed up a bay in his shop to do the install. He was very kind and knowledgable and he, Freebirt SRT, and another member went to lunch...a great day.

John is a stand up guy...a little harsh online sometimes but hey...isn't everyone?
