Confederate Hell Cat gone forever.

I know this has nothing to do with 300's or LX's but I thought some of you might be interested in this.

The topic of bikes has been dicussed recently between me and a few members. I posted that my CBR 929 was the last sportbike I would own. I will get a different kind of bike for my next one.

I also posted that the next bike I want is one I have been drooling over for the past 3 years. It is the Confederat Hell Cat. These are hand built bikes, not a high volume production bike. I went to post a link to the confederate Hell Cat, when I read that the Hell Cat will not be made after Oct. 2007. Confederate makes 2 other style of bikes. But I love the original Hell Cat that put confederate on the map.

Click on the smaller pictures, under the bigger pic of the Hellcat. To see more images of the bike.
This bike weighs just under 500 lbs and has 137 hp and 145 ft. lbs of torque. The rear swing arm and the rear exhaust pipes are integrated into one piece.

These are the other 2 bikes Confederate makes.

The Wraith

This bike is wild and incredible. The Renovatio project.

Although I’m personally not into the bike thing that particular bike looks mean as hell and I can really see you up on it giving it all sorts of hell! HOLY CRAP your laundry list of “toys” grows daily and the pressure of an October deadline looms. So are you going to go for it while you have the chance?

For some reason that bike and your previous truck really go well together. (Certainly no offense to your present beautiful rides…they’re all good) There is just something that make them look like a team. JMHO. Keep us updated and let us know what you’re up to.

Good luck Mark!

The last one DUB posted was the Hell Cat.

CplD and Danno. How I would love to add one to my collection. I really have the Buzz of the Bee in my ear. I already have a motorcycle. Most likely I won't get one of the remaining Hell Cats from Confederate. But I see Hell Cats listed for sale on E-bay sometimes and motorcycle dealers that come across used ones.

Unlimited wants vs limited resources…..the basic economic problem faced by everyone! I feel your pain and sense your buzzing!

I think I'll have to pass on these particular bikes. Appear more of a curiosity than a bike I'd own. If I upgrade again it'll be back to a Hayabusa but for now the R6 keeps me happy.
