Ford Interceptor Concept - 300C Styling Cues

Take a look at the article that appeared in our local press today about the Ford Interceptor concept which appeared at the Detroit Motor show. Personally I thought immediately that that Ford has taken styling cues from the 300C, ie. side window to panel ratio (chopped roof line), blunt front, etc.

Unfortunately the on-line article does not have the full on side on pic which appeared in our newpaper but you can still see the cues I am referring too from the on-line pic. BTW, I showed my wife the pic with the brand covered and she immediately said "new Town Car"

Yeah.. I see what you mean, the lines are pretty damn close..I guess they just can't be original

i thought the link would be to this interceptor concept, which of course never made it. slightly freshened crown vic, but it never made it.

the interceptor concept in the link you provided is good lookin' in my opinion. i just can't see cops driving those around, i don't know why.

Original isn’t one of their flavors unfortunately. They just don’t have much thinking outside of the crap I guess.
