Awesome Luke! Congrats. My son and D-I-L are hoping to find something by the end of the year. I'll have to mention looking for foreclosures... that could make for a sweet deal, even in an high cost real estate area.

We could mod cars every weekend! Then take them out for high speed runs.....get busted and put in jail. Damn that sounds like a blast!! I guess I can put in an indoor pool and transplant some palm tress and pretend I'm in Florida.

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Nah….I’m too much of a weenie when certain parts of my anatomy head north when the temps fall below 70! But I do wish you & your wife the best and for pity sakes don't forget your tools in the move!

Luke-
Exciting times!
That house looks perfect. No bad remodels or funky work; just a clean design.
These are the types of homes that are the best investments. Clean it up and do some tasteful upgrades on the interior, a new door (get rid of that prison gate). The next owner will be happy to give you lots of money for it!

I hope everything goes according to plan. However, if it doesn't, not to worry... there is always another deal coming along. This will just make you more experienced and better prepared to recognize the perfect deal next time!

Best of luck,

Jay
