Hey Bill! Yep, it's me. Been around, reading the posts, mostly. Things have been so busy lately. Working my normal job, my daughter had her second child, my granddaughter Olivia (4th grandchild!), helping a friend who's helping get me started in international business development...(real big business there), and the usual things life throws atcha! Congratulations on the exciting purchase of your very first home. Sounds like you got a great deal. Soon we will be seeing mods of your home rather than your car!

One question, who's car gets the garage?? My brother leases out his 3 year new home in Fredricksburg VA and it only has a single car garage as well. Coming from a Cali.track home with a 3-car garage, he was surprised to see so many newer homes there with minimal garages.

Anyway, I agree with you in getting rid of the pink stuff! Looking forward to more pics and your future upgrades. I sense a huge homecoming party in the near future, too
