This should be my new house!!

Well the wife and I went to look at houses sunday and we found this gem! Houses have really dropped down in price which is great for us!! It looks small on the outside but this is 3 levels, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bath, 2 kitchens, and a 1 car garage which is what I really wanted. Since this house is a foreclosure we should be able to close quickly we are hoping for quicker than the usual month so hopefull by the end of Jan 1st week of Feb we will be moving in! I cant wait this will be our first house and I am excited!!!! Oh yeah of course you all can come over and we will have some modding parties!!! The first thing on our list to change is the front door neither of us can stand it!!

Here is a pic! I tried to enlarge it but it got blurred this is the biggest I could get it

Thats exactly what I was thinking!! Before I even went in I looked around and saw the C and told my wife we are moving here!!! She laughed and said the only reason is because the neighbor has a 300, Then the house turned out to be great on the inside not like the other 10 houses we saw that day!

Not sure about the foreclosure process but try and get a good inspection from a reputable inspector if you can. Could save you lots of headaches down the road or at the least let you know some maintenance items to expect in the future.

Hey Luke. I hope this ends up to be your future home, it's a nice looking home and the fact that your neighbor owns a 300, is just great. Hopefully, you can get him to join the forum, if he's not already on it. LOL!
