Wife thinks I'm a crazy driver

OK I got my SRT8 at the beginning of 2006. So I've had it a year and almost 4 months now. In that time I have gotten 2 tickets:

1. 80 in 55 zone (reduced by a lawyer to violating a traffic device, only 2 points now instead of 6, but I had to pay the lawyer) I got this one about six months ago.

2. Red light violation (non-moving, no points, $124 fine). I got this last weekend.

My wife has decided based on this that I am a reckless driver and should never have gotten the SRT8. Needless to say I disagree, think she's being ridiculous. She's still complaining about that stupid ticket!

Sigh, just wanted to get that off my chest ... maybe she just wishes her car were as much fun as mine!

Yep! Your in trouble!
Murphys Law would suggest she'll get on soon and you'll be able to give her heaps.
That how it went in my house.

This is certainly a "police state". CT is the strictest of all places i've lived. I agree with the others, she WILL get one eventually and then you can play it back on her.

Good to see you posting again Artichoke.

Sorry to hear of the traffic ticket misfortune. I do like willy’s idea of getting her a fast car as well. I’m sure you have a detector of some kind don’t you? Good luck on the domestic front line.

Sorry to hear about your tickets Artichoke. But two tickets in almost a year and a half in my opinion is not too bad. I don't think you qualify as a reckless driver based on that.
Must be car envy! Man I see that all the time.

She's right. You need to get a new one.

Wife that is. You can't get rid of your SRT8, that would just be crazy.
