Left lane driver! Move over!

Can't view it at work, but it looks interesting. I want that banner on my windshield.

Left Lane Drivers Unite!

Would be cool if were one of those LED 'ticker tape' kind of items instead of that ugly banner on your car all the time.

or a laser beam to shoot from your headlight washers to parylize the driver and force them into the other lane.

Haha, years ago I had a Bronco lifted on huge tires and one of those bug shields on the front of the hood with "slower cars, move right -->" on it. The good ol' days.

I just looked at the website:

"those of us who are genuine “Left Lane drivers” are politely but firmly reminding others what the Left Lane is for."

Haha, I'm not too sure anyone would find a giant "MOVE OVER" sign up there arse on the freeway polite but firm.

I'm a left lane driver, but I'm not always the fastest. I prefer the less reflective median in my left peripheral vision than the glaring blandness of the left lane.

If someone faster is moving up on me IN the left lane, I move over to the right. IF they are moving up on me and are already in the right lane, I do NOT move over and cause them to have to shift lanes also, unless I can tell that they will pass me before I run up on someone slower ahead of me in the right lane. I just let them glide on by.

IF I am in the right lane and moving faster than someone in the left lane, neither do I move to the left and agitate them to move to the right. I just glide by on the right.

IF I am in the left lane and moving slowly up on someone who is catching a slower person in the right lane, I will hang back and permit them an opportunity to pass the slowest right laner. However, most of the time they don't even look until they touch their brakes and then they don't even acknowledge my wave to allow them to come in front. In that case I blast by them 'cause I neither want to be beside them or behind them any longer.

Then there are those who come up on you as you are about to pass someone else slowly... so you move over and they get next to you, or next to the vehicle you were about to pass and then they slow and pass that vehicle essentially blocking both lanes. Grrrrrr!

IF I am in the left lane and coming up on a slower left laner I will follow for a time to permit them the opportunity to move over, but if they do not... I will pass on the right without finger salute, or even a look. They aren't paying attention anyway, so it would be wasted effort.

Good one triple V! I have a windshield banner that says (in backwards print) SLOW DRIVERS KEEP RIGHT

I might just put it on my car. One thing I noticed in driving across the US, Mexico and Canada this past winter was that Mexicans almost never drive slow in the left lane.

In Canada, more and more are driving slow in the left lane, although still the exception rather than the norm. Besides, it is illegal here.

In the US - well . . . What's up with all the slow left lane drivers????? I mean, guys in Suburbans; old farts in Buicks; the list goes on. The Philly - Baltimore - DC area is terrible. It's like running a slalom to try and get anywhere. Are there any laws requiring slow cars to keep right. If so, are they ever enforced?

At one point on the I-95, all lanes ahead had one real slow driver in them. Traffic was crawling at 50 mph with the entire freeway clear ahead. I tried flashing the lights - they were blind! Tried leaning on my air horns - they were deaf! Finally resorted to the racer's bump - at least they weren't numb in the bum! Finally moved over.

Our culture has created a generation of snivelling, selfish, stupid, brain dead zombies . . . Lord help us all!
