I don't find ANY of the fuel effecient cars on the list desireable in any way.

Here's something that's definately fuel efficient and looks hot too. It's the Dodge ZEO concept that's going to be at the 2008 North American International Auto Show, January 14, 2008, at Cobo Hall in Detroit. There's been huge advances in lithium-ion battery technoloy.
