Question Question: What Is The World Record For Automobile Mileage?

Just as the title states, I'm looking for what vehicle is documented as having the greatest mileage recorded as a world record. Also, what was the car???

People not in the states always assume we are short on diesels just because we don't have as many
....
but yeah, AFAIK all P1800's were gas.
