The big sound is probably your hearing aid buddy. and you have your glasses on backwards so it only looks smaller. J/K Go for a Samsung 42" DLP. I love those things and they only weigh about 25lbs.

Actually I'm thinking of going with a Panasonic plasma, 50 inches or more. I don't really watch too much TV, it's just "on". I mainly use it to keep Emma company when I'm at work. It's the separation anxiety dogs get. Truth is she probably just sleeps. I never turned it off in over 3 1/2 years. Nuts eh!

Plamsa TV's aren't exactly winning awards for their longevity dude. If your just gonna leave it on all the time you might wanna go for an LCD.

Sorry H.A. but that is no longer true of the newer Plasmas. Both types will put out about the same amount of hours before problems might arise. Isn't technology great??

Maybe you should get someone to house sit your doggies while your gone. Wait a sec.... Aren't you retired or something? why do you even have to leave the house for any real length of time other than to get some groceries.

I work two days a week now, but I have people get me groceries. I have a personal assistant named Carol. She keeps my debit card and I just move money into it when necessary. I do go out a lot though, especially now I can ride my bike. It just looks like I'm here all the time cuz I don't log off.
