I think prostitution is the least of his worries. His hyprocracy is what dooms him and that will surely weigh heavily against what his ultimate fate will be. Here's a guy who burned all his bridges, has no friends and will have no choice other than to resign. He faces a lot of serious charges that just may put him away.

I use to see him at a coffee shop here in NYC every morning when he walked his daughter to an exclusive school when he was the Attorney General and he had a sense of entitlement about him . Wall street is dancing on his political grave . Make no mistakes about it.....Spitzer had his eyes on the Presidency one day .. He was ruthless and selective in his prosecutions as AG . A bully . Prosecutor claims no deal . I hope that's the case . He should be held to the same standards as those he prosecuted . He definately broke some laws . There is little ambiguity about that . Glad he stepped down irregardless . I don't care how much money he or his family have ....he's a low class weasel who thought nothing of embarassing his wife and three young daughters .
