Please take this the right way Jay. You've seen fit to bump this thread a few times now, therefore it's of some importance to you and from what I can tell only one or two others. I've asked a few other long time members and they don't have a clue either what this is about. All this thread has accomplished so far is a few pats on the back for you. The rest of us are in the dark.

Most of us know the problems in the past with GSM regarding their superchargers and denial to admit responsibility. There are many threads here on this issue. A long time has passed since we've heard anything negative, so I and probably others thought all was well, especially since the Predator came out.

I gather this was not the case, or maybe it's something else. That's the problem here because we're left to our own intrepretations of what's going on. Don't you think we all deserve to know what happened? I'm sure you should be able to word this in such a way so as not to be inflamatory. This is a vendor and if there's something we should know about that may influence our decision to do business with them or not, I believe it's your responsibility to let us know. Let's face it, GSM does not exactly have a stellar reputation here. If you hadn't started this thread, no problem, but you did so there must be something to it and perhaps an explanation by you may help others and we wouldn't have to speculate.

Bernie

I kinda figured something was up. Didn't you just start working for GSM not too long ago?

Bernie,

Yes you guys deserve and explanation. I tried my best to solve as many problems as I could. I also received a lot of abuse from customers while trying to recover orders, relationships, and resolutions. I bit off more then I could chew. GSM has way more internal problems then I can fix.

Not to bash anyone or there company, but I have a heart and I always put myself in the next man shoes. I didn't feel right at night after the owner kept giving me misleading info to give to the customers. I just got fed up and finally said you take this it belongs to you, now you fix it.

The straw that broke the camels back was when he started lying to me for no reason. I guess he forgot what he said and when he said it. I am not a liar and I hate to be lied too. If you were my customer and I promised you something and I didn't come thru, I went to the next step to do something to reward you for your patience. Not say oh well they will eventually get it. I am a Christian man who goes to church every Sunday, and church is in me. So to mislead someone doesn't make me feel good.

That's the bottom line,
Jay

Couldn't agree with you more Jay, thanks for straightening out some folks concerns. Thanks for the work you did for me, and glad you have ethics; so many folks in the world don't.
