Thanks so much, CB! I'm trying to get there but my exhaustion outweighs my intent. Hey, what are you doing up at your late hour?

I am extremely indebted to all!

I certainly can't fault you for that. Still, your deployment in one week truly saddens me. You have made yourself a nice home here and the vacancy will definitely be noticed. I honor your military career and service to this country.

Couldn't do it without your support.. and of course everyone else's. Hope to hang around here as much as possible over the next 1.25 years while enjoying mesopotamia... depends on time and bandwidth of course. Thanks for the kind words!!...

BTW, You should be resting about now too, shouldn't you???

Thanks for the welcome, E! It wasn't really a crash but the force of the impact sent the energy up and out the roof, causing it to flex.....something I never visibly saw. I know it will all be good in time. You know how it is to even get one scratch or little ding on your car!

Yes, there are some fabulous members in the LX community but I will withhold who they were until after they post up all their stories and pics for the whole day Simply amazing! The charge was led by Steve Moser, though!

Now, it's way past your bedtime! Get some sleep.

bruno

You're right. I'm still not 100% and will get to bed. I'm just still on a high from that spur-of-the-moment visit from CenCalLX members...and, I live out in the foothills making the drive much longer for them.

Good night everyone!

Jeez bruno, I was trying to be as descrete as possible and here you go. I wake up to see you've been spilling your guts to the whole world...haha. I know how sick you really were though. Thanks for the e-mail this morning too. I wanted you to see this thread.

I wish you would have listened to me in the first place instead of going to school that day. Your devotion to your students is admirable, but sometimes you gotta look after number one ya know!

Now about that car of yours, humm I'm thinking maybe this is the opportunity for that radiator cap mod. You know you wanna.

Get well soon ya old boot cuz I'm missing my 's.

Bernie

Just re-read your e-mail and I forgot to ask how the bomb shelter's coming along. Oh, and I hope your guests didn't get bitten by those nasty rattlers...haha. That must have been quite the scene with all those LX's coming down your road eh. So, surely you took pics???
