He was charged with careless driving. Apparently he is in trouble with too many points on his license and will probably lose his CDL. This is why he pleaded with the judge on how poor the driving conditions were. Sorry dude….75 mph in fog/smoke doesn’t make a good defense!

LOL, I wonder who his attorney was. Around here, evidence of how bad the conditions were is something the cop would say to lock in a conviction, not something someone says in defense to careless.

That truck driver doesn't deserve to be behind the wheel of a car again, nevermind having a CDL, making a living off that kinda driving behavior.
