What is Left of My SRT8

Hello to all my friends in the 300C forums! I know it has been awhile since you’ve heard from me, but I had to share something with you. I was involved in a 22 car pile up two weeks ago. Weather conditions were extreme fog and smoke…..complete whiteout. I had to stop to avoid another vehicle in front that had stopped…but then I look in my rearview mirror and all I see are massive headlights coming out of the fog/smoke hauling arse! It was a fully loaded dump truck!

That is all I remember. I had to be air lifted to Fort Myers Lee Memorial hospital. (my first helicopter ride…too bad I was unconscious) My injuries have been extensive from a concussion, broken left arm, broken left wrist, five ruptured disks, numbness down my left leg, chipped teeth, dislocated jaw, two black eyes, multiple cuts and bruises in places I didn’t know you could bruise. I’ve been restricted from working for three months…possibly more. I’m just glad to be alive and I’m sorry to say my baby gave her life so that I could continue with mine. I’ve already got an 08 headed in my direction and gas prices be damned!!

For those that want to know….yes I had beautiful and busty nurses taking care of me. See…I’m still the same as I always was. BTW...Big Bob my peppermint nipples were broken in the accident. Can you send me some replacements?

Here are some pics. I’ll try and hang around more, but it is hard to peck type with one hand. I won’t be able to post whore unless I can find someone to “assist” me. Now…where is that private duty nurse? Hmmmmmmm!

Damn Dan. Sorry to hear about your accident but glad that you are alive and recovering. I've never seen a worse wrecked 300 but the engineers did their job in make a very fun and very safe car. Take things slow and don't push it too hard. Post when you can but get yourself healthy.

Danno! We sure have missed you around here. I just can't believe how your car looks and that you're alive and kickin' (sort of).

My thoughts and prayers have been with you and for you since I first heard of this earlier today.

Thank God you are all right!!!!!

Holy moly. That was one big kick in the ass. I'll bet the sound must have been scary as hell, crunching metal right behind your head. Glad you made it with all your appendages intact and you are alive and kicking.

As I have already said on the other forums, I am SO sorry that you've had to go through this experience. I wish you a speedy recovery! I'm glad to see you're well enough to post this story. I was extremely concerned as to the severity of your injuries after seeing the pictures.

Wow Danno, you are one lucky SOB to have come out of that wreck still breathing...I almost (almost) speachless. I'm glad to hear you're starting to heal up already, and apparently the dump truck driver didn't get around to squishing your sense of humor too. Keep up the good spirits, it really helps to get you back on your feet. Best of luck with the nurses too
