Exclamation Portland Meet and Chat?

Any interest in a Portland meet and chat before the rain sets in?

My idea is to meet at a coffee shop on a Sunday late morning (say 11'ish). Grab a cup of coffee and chat about the mods done and planned.

Other topics of interest could include:
Portland International Raceway (1/4 mile drag events)
Best 1/2 day drives
Etc.

Anyone remotely interested?

Scott

Not a ton of interest I guess. 21 views and no "I'm in's".

Just an FYI I am going to try to check out Portland International Raceway's Drag racing night tonight (Friday 8/18) if I free up from a prior committment.

I guess they run late night drag racing for $22/racer $8 spectator most Friday and Saturday nights.

I'm trying to get a stock time to measure against when I get the CAI installed.

Drop a note if you are interested in checking it out sometime.

Hey Hal,

I'm out of town this week (most of this week anyway) and gone the last weekend of August. So hooking up is going to be a challenge.

Hey Guys,

I am willing to hang out. Not a lot of interest it seems in the area. Just got back form San Diego and there are some pretty whack looking 300s down there. I was embarrassed for them but everyone has their own style. Curb scrappers and phantom tops with gold buttons...uggh. Sundays are tough as I like to get a round of golf in I am usually down by noon or so.

OK, today is the Day.

We decided on meeting at the Lucky Lab on SE Hawthorn street
Lucky Lab Brew Pub - 915 SE Hawthorne Blvd

7:30 p.m.

Directions can be found here:
http://www.luckylab.com/html/directions.html#brewpub

It’s a cool place and has some food and great beer (and non-smoking).
