I've had all my tinting done, for the past 7 or 8 years, at Tommy's Window Tinting, SE 12TH and Belmont in Portland. They do tint, clear bra work, graphics and have a detail shop. Not the cheapest in town but they are the best from a quality and customer satisfaction perspective, IMHO.

Here's a link to their website:

No brain'er for me:

I paid $280 for 35% 3M C/S (color stabilizing) Window Tint (non-metallic). Perfect install. One year later, it's perfect and holding color/tint like it was put on last week.

It feels like it could be a bit darker for summer use, but it is PLENTY dark for fall/winter/spring driving. (75% of the time, it's perfect - 25% of the time, I wish I had a tad darker tint). No problems with cops (and I've been pulled over 3 times in the last year - Cops PROFILING the car).

I use AutoTrim in Eugene. Cost $245. Got 25% tint and they did an excellent job. Working on getting some pics up soon.
