Want HEMI plates?

A good friend of mine owns a pre-LX 300. (Intrepid style)
He has a very special license plate on that car.

After he bought his car, he found out about the LX that was to come out soon. So he right away thought that he'd eventually trade in his $37,000 car for the new one. He ended up getting a personalized plate - while he could. When the LX finally came out, he realized his very pricey ride is currently worth about $10,000. So, he's decided to not take the hit.

However, since knowing me, and visiting us at the XXX show the other day, has decided to part with his plates. They are, of course,

Are you kidding me? NO ONE HERE is interested in these plates? I figured I'd have to beat people off with a stick!

In case you're wondering if this is a scam of some sort, it's not. The owner of these plates is my friend, he has em. And if you're concerned about me being new, with only 11 posts, check me out at LXforums. I have "just a few" more posts over there, and anyone from the NW section will tell you this is not a joke or scam.

I live in Oregon so Washington plates wont do me any good, Plus I have a 3.5L But I'm getting dual zoomers so that has to count for somthing!!

That is funny, I like that one. But that's how I feel about most grills and wheels. But I keep my opinions to myself on those.

Im from Washington but I live in Jersey. Here's the deal, I dont think you can "sell" your plates. If you can find out FOR SURE what steps to take and repost here I might be intersted.

I never mentioned these were for "sale". Only for trade. There's no proffit involved, just a very nice car guy, who realizes someone else can benefit more from these plates.

It only cost about $20 to swap them, and then of course, you pay each year whatever that fee is for personal plates.
