I wanted you guys to be aware... do not take your car to Town & Country for service. I'm not going to give all the details; I will say that Steve Taylor the new service manager literally refused to service my car stating that it has too many things wrong with it, & he's tired of dealing with me & my car. Every single one of my issues were TSB's, some of which they did fix. BTW, all but one of my issues are well documented on the forums, and discussed at length here. The major pain is a significant factory paint defect, they have tryed to fix it three times and it's still pealing paint. Please do yourself a favor and never use them. Hopefully you won't have to go through what I have.
Makes you want to jump across the service desk and choke somebody!!! next time that do*&hbag looks at you in public, let me know. We got your back dude!!
Thanks for the info. Hopefully all those in your area from this forum will heed your advice.
Steve

I'm VERY interested in the details. I use T&C for service. I fired the Vancouver (**** Hannah) service dept. And T&C is on "probation" from me for a couple of bone-head moves. I've told them that they have one more shot.
I'll PM you my cell number so we can talk. I'll make sure to mention that I'm not the only one having issues with this service department when I send my car in for an oil change next week.

Town & Country (Clown Country) had 2 300C SRT8’s for sale last October. But they were so pushy and offered me financing @ 12.99% interest and a price of $57,000 that I bought one elsewhere. Their web site listed the same cars for $47,000. Both dark silver cars they had for sale had TSB issues, and when I brought this up I got the ‘Deer in the headlight stare’. They are an ‘Auto Nation’ dealer. As far as I can tell they are just as worthless as the other ‘Auto Nation’ dealer I have been to.
I believe the Town and Country being discussed in this thread is the one located in north Seattle, WA. I know there is another T&C down in Oregon, so I'm assuming that's the one you're referring to seeing that you're located in Oregon.
On another note, I'd like to hear about issues others have had with the T&C (north seattle) service dept as I've purchased my car from there and have had all my service work done there as well.

I was getting concerned. I deal with Town and Country here in New York and they are great. Is the one you talk about a 5 star dealer? Mine is and they do everything for me. Bumper to bumper warranty. Valet service dept.
puyallup chrysler is not too bad. they seem pretty easy going and they made my deal for my 300 pretty easy. i would not mind doing business with them again
Guys you are lucky as here in the UAE we only have one dealer. No choice, like it or not. And I can assure u they are using their situation to the fullest. Can u say monopoly?
