Wanted Nav Head head unit and Kicker system

I have a 2006 SRT-8 and I am looking to buy a Navigation System and Kicker system. I was also wondering what the possiblity is of installing the FACTORY UConnect system. I read that it would cost $4000.00 in one of the forums, is this true?
