SRT8 Factory Wheels with Powder Coating

I have a set of 4 factory SRT8 wheels that have been powder coated a dark charcoal with pearl. On top of that there is a gloss clear coat for added protection. I have them listed on ebay but I am not allowed to give you a direct link. If you can't find it, email me and I will give you the address.

Hey Cecil, you can't link to ebay, but you can post a pic and a price here if you're willing to sell them here.

Some 18 year old at Walmart asked me if my SRT-8 rims were made out of titanium.
I said they were aluminum.
He said are you sure as they look like a dark shade of titanium?
I then slid my finger across my front left rim and said look it's really aluminum.
It's just covered with 200 miles of brake dust.
He then said I should just leave the brake dust on as they look better that way.

I was just complemented on my brake dust and I sort of agree that they do look nice if it's evenly coated. LOL

The point is I really think if I let my rims get 500 miles of brake dust on them they would look as nice as those rims you have on ebay

I like how the brake dust looks on the wheels on a silver steel car. There's just the issue that brake dust will etch the clear (I know what you said is tongue in cheek, I'm just throwing this out there).

Good luck on the auction. Could I local pickup if I win the auction? I'm about 220 miles away. It would be a nice drive.

I also noticed you put SRT-8 badges on the sides of your SRT-8. I already ordered mine and was thinking of putting mine above the hemi badge. If you could do it again would you do the badges the same way again?

Cecil, do you have any pics with the wheels on your car at all? I am dying to see what they look like.
