For Sale: 22” Asanti 131 w/ Pirelli P Zero Nero Tires

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to let everyone know that I have been accepted for a position for my company JP Morgan Chase & Co. in the Asian market. The wife and I have been planning this for awhile and after a long discussion we have decided to make the move. We will be moving to China by the end of this month. We have been there a few times and find it to be a great move. We wish everyone here in the US the best of luck! We have already sold our house, and most of our assets. I must honestly say I was very sad when I had to sell the 2005 Hemi 300C. Don’t worry it’s in good hands. Right now I wanted to let you guys know that I am selling a new barely used set of 22” Asanti 131 22x9.5 in the front with 22x11 in the rear set of rims with tires specifically made for the Chrysler 300C. The front wheels have a 3.5" lip and the rear one has a 5.5" lip. They look really nice and aggressive at the same time. The finish on the rims is chrome with the chrome lip. There made in USA, so the quality is fantastic. The tires I have on them are Pirelli P Zero Nero 265-30-22 in the front and 295-25-22 in the rear. I bought this package in June of 2005 and took them off before August 2005 started. I had the tires and rims on the car for about 3 1/2 weeks. The tires still have over 95% tred left on it. The rims have no dents, scratches, or anything on them. They look 100% brand new and there is still warranty on the wheels from Asanti. I took them off and sold my Chrysler Hemi 300C to a friend. I gave him the original tires and wheels that came with the car because he is using it as a family car and has no need for the rims and tires. I need to sell these rims and tires because I am leaving the country at the end of this month and will be only returning back for the family holidays. I paid $6,200.00 for the rims with tires which were purchased in June 2005. All original receipts will come with purchase. I am willing to sell the entire package of 22” Asanti 131 with Pirelli P Zero Nero tires for $2,500.00. I prefer the buyer buy this item from me face to face. This way you can personally see that the rims and tires still are brand new. I am located in Springfield Illinois. If you can not purchase these in a face to face transaction, I can ship the rims and tires, but it will cost about $150.00 extra for shipping and handling with insurance. I will not ship this item without insurance. Please understand I do not have a bank account in USA anymore as they are closed because of the big move, so money will have to be sent via Money Gram or Western Union. These rims and tires will be sold to the first person I receive the money from. I prefer a face to face transaction, just because it will be safer for both sides of the parties, but will ship if there is no other choice. Just understand there will be an extra $150.00 charge for S&H with insurance. If you guys have any questions please feel free to email me at cpearson00@hotmail.com. Thank you for looking.

Very interested. Did you have any rubbing issues w/ the back wheels being so wide? Also, do you have better pics of the rims on the car?

I would take a closer look guys. Those pics are from a BMW not a 300C. just my two cents...there is a lot of shady stuff out there, got to be careful.

Hi Mike,

No rubbing issues at all. I talked to Asanti before buying the rims, and these exact sizes are what they personally recommended. Unfortunately I already sold the car itself not to long ago so I don't have any other pics. If you are wondering what the whole car looks like with the same kind of rims please look at this site.

http://www.cardomain.com/ride/785184

The rim sizes are a bit different, but same kind of rims. This may give you a better idea of what the rims look like on the car all together. Hope it helps.

Yes the pics were on a former Beamer. The rims didn't sit right at all, but took the pictures because the 300C was gone. Yes there is a lot of shady business going on, that is why I would rather do a face to face transaction so both parties are safe. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me at:

Thanks in advance,

A very interesting observation, as I noticed that it certainly doesn't look like any '300 series' to me either, especially considering that there are no full-shot photos of the tires/wheels on the vehicle. Since the BMW bolt pattern is actually 5x120mm and not the proper 5x115mm of the '300 series', these will in fact not work if they're actually from a BMW.

The only posts ever made by this Seller are to promote the sale of his tires/wheels...and that's all. Be extremely careful about 'wiring' money to anybody, as you'll have no recourse on your end once the funds have been accepted on the other. Thanks for looking-out for our forum members.

well since the 300 and bmw have different bolt patterns that would be hard to do wouldnt it? did you use adapters?

damn those are some nice rims, and at a hell of a price! almost a steal if you ask me!
i hope someone thats looking for rims jumps on this, as its almost too good to pass up.
if you ask me, thats the ultimate wheel combination- asanti's and pirellis'.....wow.

good luck in selling them, and good luck in your future endevours in China. Sad to see a man part with his 300, but hopefully youll move up to something bigger and better.

.....I remember reading somewhere that they were going to start selling 300's in China. Boy I wonder what people over there would say to see such a big, bold, American car amongst their tiny economical cars.

In the pic you should be able to see it. I had the rims on the beamer for about 1 hour before I decided it was not a good match. I took the pictures, because I thought the rims would look better on a car than by itself. This is the reason why I took pics up close of the rims only and not with the car. Reason being it was sitting on a beamer at the time instead of on the 300C. Let me know if you guys have any doubts or questions. I'm here to help. I just want the transaction to be 100% safe for both sides.
