Hey I posted about car covers last week and eBay has generic covers for the 300C for $24.95. Not sure about quality and I should be getting my cover in a few days so i'll let you know how the overall quality is.

What do you consider high quality? There are various factors, choices, and prices. Since it is for use inside a shop, I would think water resistance would not be that high an issue, nor would a locking cable since there would likely be little or no wind. I think you simply want a very soft liner.

The best "outdoor" fabric bar none is the WeatherShield. I am waiting for Covercraft to make this fabric for my Magnum. Have one for my E55. This fabric is very light and not bulky and can be washed and dried in home machines. It is more expensive. The fabric is almost waterproof. After rain the car is still very clean. I have used Noah fabric and too much gets thru and it is very heavy and bulky.

If only for indoors I think the "Form-Fit" is the best:

I bought a Weathershield HD from CoverCraft. The fabric is a bit "harder" than I would prefer. Leads me to be concerned about marring of the finish on the car... But otherwise, a terrific fit. Got it from AutoAnything.com.

I got the Mopar (?) cover from my dealer. Very nice quality. Made specifically for the 300. Has the Chrysler Wings on the front. Around $200.

My dealer has no part # for this cover. Do you have this part #. Is the cover high quality from Mopar?
