No it is achually very nice but i accidently ordered 2 of them so i am trying to get some money back so the other one is going in my car so if anyone wants some pics of it installed let me know mine is going in my car tommarow i cant wait

No, the player and screen are integrated into the new cover, then there is a bracket that goes in the base not pictured in the post, the bottom cover pictured and the wiring. The center console does have to be removed, but it is actually a very easy install.
