Im going to check with svc dep., My car (not in yet) does not have NAV, would like to add it on the cheap.. Do you know of any fascia mods that would be needed, how about gps antenna. Is the Voice activation within the unit or in an aux. speaker. Do you think it is worth the trouble if you have to do a bunch of mods?

I added the RB1 Nav. unit to my 2000 Grand Cherokee without difficulty. Provided the auctioned unit comes with the GPS antennae, which was under dash mounted on the RB1, this might be a very good deal. In fact, even if it doesn't come with the antennae, requiring you to separately purchase that, it still would offer substantial savings.

II king, There is no Navigation Voice Activation for 300 or Magnum. Are you referring to UConnect Bluetooth wireless phone? That has the "Hands Free" feature.

"Hands-free calling is here! UConnect is the exclusive voice-activated, hands-free, in-vehicle communications system that uses a small control pad, microphone and speaker."

Thanks for the info guys, I thought the NAV was like the Lexus NAV, you say "I'm hungry" and all the nearby eateries pop up on the map with access to phone # etc. So it's not voice activated which is OK, the reason I did not get NAV was the price and if this thing gets above "1 Large" I'm out.

Buyer beware, make sure the nav system comes with the gps antenna. This baby sells for about $100 if your dealer has it in stock. Just a heads up for you. Also make sure the dash plate is included if available. The factory is having fits getting parts for the cars and they get then before the dealers.

My car included the upgraded 6 cd changer 380 amp boston accustics stereo. If I buy the navigation unit, am I giving up something or buying duplicate equipment?
