i would LOVE those wheels. but im guessin those are not +40 offset. grr awd! why you do this to me!!

Unfortunately, you're correct. They have the offset for the RWD only.

when you had these on, was the space between the wheel and some nut/bolt very close?

Interested in buying these but my brother has a 300c and the wheel is almost touching some nut/bolt.

No need to worry. The larger wheels will come close to the spindle bolt, but doesn't effect anything at all. That assembly moves with the wheel.

Please reference the following thread for a more thorough answer:

How close is the spindle and top bolt with your 22's?
