Help with 300C Purchase

There are two prices on that green sheet. EP price is the EMPLOYEE price not the true cost. If an employee or someone with an employee code orderd that car they would have paid $34,500. The "hold back" as I understand it is the same. However, much debate and clarification has been posted on this topic...the dealer gets a static fee for honoring the FF or EP pricing. That fee is not technicaly the same thing as "hold back"

Kind of an old thread but great info here, how are dealers now that the 300 has been out for awhile handeling affiliate programs...
