Arrow FOR SALE! Pioneer AVIC-Z1 Navigation unit with extras and all 300 parts!

Hey everyone-

I’m selling off my Pioneer AVIC-Z1 I have installed in my 2006 300C. I have a baby boy on the way in two months and I need to part with my luxury toys L. Here’s the list of what you’ll get:
  • Pioneer AVIC-Z1 Navigation DVD player with 7” touchscreen
  • Pioneer Bluetooth adaptor- ND-BT1
  • Pioneer XM tuner with NavTraffic- GEX-P10XMT
  • Pioneer Ipod interface- CD-IB100II
  • Pioneer rearview camera- ND-BC1
  • Pioneer remote control- CD-SR1
  • Chrysler Motorola antenna adaptor
  • PAC Audio- Chrysler interface for VSS, Reverse, etc…
  • PAC Audio- Chrysler Canbus interface
  • PAC Audio- Pioneer steering wheel interface (retain steering wheel controls)
  • Chrysler 300 Navigation bezel
  • Metra Double Din installation kit for Chrysler 300
A lot of blood, sweat and tears went into finding all the parts and especially the installation. However, for you 300C owners I will leave all the wiring intact to make for a basic plug and play set up.

You’ll have to remove your stock bezel and replace it with the new navigation bezel, which is pretty easy. Then run your GPS and XM antenna and microphone cable. The steering wheel interface will have to be programmed to your liking. Also the review camera wires will have to be connected, as they were cut but no big deal. Plug in all the hardware and that should be it. I put most hardware pieces behind the glove box hidden away.

This unit is BYPASSED with the later production code of 7/06, which is the newer bypass version not the flasher version. This enables DVD play while driving (but we shouldn’t do that), POI entries, traffic flow information and more. It’s a simple wire installed on an empty block in one of the auxiliary harnesses. I will not ship the unit to you bypassed. You must install this cable yourself (takes less than a minute) but it will already be grounded. Instructions will be included.

This unit has absolutely no scratches, bumps or bruises. It’s in perfect condition just like my 300C J. Best unit on the market as it has everything you could possibly need. The map views are amazingly detailed and I can’t say enough about this unit. Hands free phone, traffic flow information and XM radio (must subscribe), reverse camera, which you can also watch while driving forward, Ipod control, and steering wheel controls!

Finally, the price for all pieces together: $2400.00 shipped via UPS with tracking number and insurance. Will accept PayPal with confirmed address only or cashiers check. Thought I’d give the forum members the opportunity to buy it first since the installation is already basically complete. It will probably go on eBay in about a week or so if nobody’s interested. Also, I'll throw in some new 6x9 speakers as well that I never installed.

Any questions let me know and I’ll post some pictures tonight of the Z1 in action. Thanks, D.Bird

VERY nice product and extras......I just wish the price was a little lower Just to clarify.....Are you still able to utilize the steering wheel controls? Could you also provide pictures of the unit with a sign of your user name on it?

sub_zero, the PAC audio bits allow you to retain steering wheel controls.

Hi sub zero - Thanks. Price out all the products with shipping/taxes and it will be much more plus your time. Yes, the steering wheel controls are retained with the PAC audio interfaces which is very nice. I'll provide pictures tonight...

First set of Z1 pictures...
Sub zero the first ones for you
the second picture appears to show lines, which you won't see but it's because of the camera and LCD.

3rd set of Z1 pictures:
  • 1st picture is a more overall view
  • 2nd picture is the reverse camera
  • 3rd picture is showing the highway with the green traffic flow line, which in this case means no traffic
  • 4th picture shows the highway with traffic flow in green and also road construction icon notice. This is a farther view .75 mile.
  • 5th picture is the phone pad entry. There are about 4 or 5 different ways you can dial a number, i.e. most recent, favorites, dialed numbers, voice recognition via favorites...
