Exclamation FS: Resonated SRT8 exhaust kit - 3" piping 4" tips

Phew! last thing to list up today.....

I have a one off kit designed by Blastin Bob for the SRT8. Anyone who knows BB will know that his products are QUALITY.

STORY: I wanted something for my SRT8 that wasnt going to be loud and drone. I hate to say it but i feel like im getting older now and past the boom-boom exhausts I always used to have! Plus, I have an 18mo old so wanted something nice and subtle. I had always been disappointed with the stock SRT8 exhaust with regards to sound - it lacked a little something - im sure you all know what i mean.

I heard BB was developing a system that would appeal just to someone like me. That never came to fruition (due to lack of market apparently - guess everyone wants LOUD!) I was lucky enough to score the prototype.

If you are looking for something that gives no drone, sounds better than stock (3dB), with 3" piping (stock 2.75") and some nice double walled magnaflow tips - then this is it - oh, did i mention it wont break the bank either?

Here's the info i got from BB on this....

This is the R&D set for all SRT-8 LX's. It's has all stainless straight thru 3" core mufflers ("supposed" to be from the same company that makes Magnaflows mufflers) and 4" double wall polished stainless tips. So if your looking for an inexpensive way to open up the rear of the exhaust to 3" tubing and add a nice 4" tip without too much extra sound (approx 2-3 decibels) here is your chance. The production kits of this kind would have retailed for just over $300.00

As you can see in the pics, these are BRAND NEW, still in the bubble wrapping. I will send them to you in exactly the same packaging they were sent to me in. Kit includes all clamps needed for installing, plus instructions with EXACT dimensions for cutting specifically for the SRT8. You can see these highlighted by the pics too.

I know the obvious Question is.....why am I selling????
Well, I had (the pleasure!) of hearing a Corsa system in person and I was hooked! I had to have one.... and im still hearing about it from the wife!!

But, that's good news for you!!! Someone is going to snap this up for 1/5th the price of a Corsa!

$250 plus shipping - ill fedex it within 24 hours of payment.

Get in quick! Im posting here only for the weekend. Thought I would give you guys the heads up for a couple of days before I post on the other forums!

Can you find out what shipping will be? I'm waiting to hear back on a Borla, but if that falls through I'd definetly be very interested in these.

I did speak to someone else via PM about this and i mentioned $25 as a guess - turns out I originally paid $35 for shipping from CA to Chicago. That said, Ill cap it at $25 for anyone interested and if it is any more ill pay the difference.

Okay, one more question. Besides the muffler size, whats different between this kit, from Allied Muffler, and the one for sale?

From what I can tell:

1) Different mufflers/resonaters - as you already mentioned. The ones I have are a flat oval resonators (made by magnaflow supposedly), whereas those ones are round glasspacks. Mine would give a more stock appearance.

2) This one has stainless piping - that one is aluminized (SS less susceptible to rust)

3) I don't see a dB rating on that kit so cannot comment on the loudness - I see a 9dB and an 11dB on the site, but that particular one doesnt have a rating.

4) They are backordered! This one isnt!
