Angry Scoring of Rotors on SRT-8s

I have a 2006 300C SRT-8 with 1000 miles on it. 3 of the 4 rotor are badly scored. Took the car to a dealer for repairs and the Tech agreed with me and ordered 3 new rotors and 4 new sets of pads. Chrysler refused to repair the car, saying that they are aware of the problem and there is no reason to fix the rotors because it will just happen again. Has anyone else had this problem? That sort of sucks.

Wasn't there a TSB for new pads or something to prevent this?

There is a TSB HERE and free new pads should be available to replace yours, but only have them order 2 sets - pad set is for a pair of wheels(4 individual pads) ie one pad set for the front and one set for the rear - that's 8 individual pads in total.

Yeah...took mine in at 2500 miles...they replaced rotors and pads up front. They still make noise so I am sure they are hosed again, but they stop good (especially when doing the power break "thing" when someone is looking.
