Superchips Site

When I recieved my flashpaq, everything worked fine, except the tire height mode which keeps saying my tire height is 27" no matter what number I press. My tire height is 29". With a smaller circumference tire, my speedo will say I'm travelling faster than I really am, which means untrue mileage. I don't want more mileage than I'm spose to have. Is superchips going to fix this? When I go into the superchips site to ask a question, they have never responded to my questions.

Second concern is the superchips site. When I log on, I get to the part that says superchips will send me a "verification code". Well this was over a week ago, and I am still waiting. Am I doing something wrong? Am I spose to plug in the flashpaq tuner when logging on for the first time. HELP

I have the same issue. My understanding is that you need to register then access a part of that site that will instruct you on how to download / upload data. I have e-mailed to no avail. Still no verification code.

I have the same issue. However, the speedometer and the odometer will show less than actual. With a 27" tall tire, the rolling diameter is 84.8", with the 29" it is 91.06". What this means is that lets say you travel 91 miles, the odometer will show 84.8. If you did that in an hour, you can see how your speedometer will show less. Anyhow, I'm still waiting for the fix also.

I got my verification code within about 3 minutes of registering. Then you download the updates to your PC; it cautions you DO NOT plug your tuner into your PC yet. It will tell you step by step when to plug it in and install updates in your tuner.

ok, if I remember correctly, once you first login for the first time and create an account, It asks you all about your personal information, about your car and the mods you have on a screen that says "About You" at the top. Once that is done and you hit Submit, it says it will send you a verification code to your email address that you have entered. The email will be from flashpaqsupport@superchips and will say

__________________________________________________ ___________
Here is your validation code:

VALIDATION CODE: *****-********-********

Please login now at the address below and enter it!

http://www.flashpaq.com/login

Thanks,
The Superchips Team
__________________________________________________ __________

Then once you have entered the code you will get the following screen.

From here you can download the software, which, once downloaded and installed will ask you to plug in your flashpaq (it's important NOT to plug in the flashpaq until asked) Then it will automatically update itself. If for some reason you're not getting the email from superchips, you may have entered in your email address wrong. Hope this helps.
