Stainless Works introduces its new Muscleflow Header system for 2005+ Dodge Hemi Magnum, Charger and 300C. Manufactured from 304 Stainless, the headers features CNC mandrel bent 1 3/4” primary tubes, 3/8” thick cnc laser cut flanges, tig welded, high velocity smooth flow collectors, 2 ½” lead pipes to mate up to the factory exhaust system. Dyno proven to deliver up to 20 RWHP more than stock, the Stainless Works Muscleflow header system also makes more HP and torque than stock throughout the entire curve. Available with high flow metallic element catalytic converters or off road pipes.

Stainless Works introduces its new Muscleflow Catback exhaust system for 2005+ Dodge Magnum Hemi and 300C Hemi. Manufactured from 304 Stainless, the exhaust system features CNC mandrel bent 2 ½” primary tubes, high flow x pipe, dual straight through “Hemi” turbo mufflers, and dual 4” rolled edge tips which fit the factory valence opening perfectly. Dyno tested to deliver up 10 RWHP more than stock, the Stainless Works Muscleflow exhaust system also makes more HP and torque than stock throughout the entire curve. The straight through mufflers, which are patterned after the factory Hemi mufflers from the 60’s, deliver the most flow available, and eliminate interior resonance, producing a deep factory musclecar exhaust sound. The Stainless Works Muscleflow system weighs almost 50# less than the stock system!
