First off, my dealer said 25% off all parts when I bought my car, but then they pulled back on Mopar claiming lower margins. So cost at my local was $317+ tax( net $333)vs $289+ shipping no tax ( net $304)at Wyckoff . Secondly, and more importantly, dealer said 6.1 was same part number as 5.7. That's when I knew for sure they were local yokels and I got religion for this forum....

Oh also, they told me there were 148 of them on backorder and they'd have to buy from another dealer. Wyckoff had them on hand.

This doesn't make them a bad dealer, just kind of local. Mine's their only SRT-8 sale to date though they have a black one in the showroom at sticker at the moment. Bigger dealers probably understand Mopar a little better.

The dealer that sold me my C is a friend of mine. He said that he could get me the CAI for about $200 canadian ( a favor cause I sent him some business ) Problem is, there was a back order of 96. So I bought it off ebay for about 280 american, Wyattarpdodge was the seller. Had it to me in a week.

When you punch it, it sounds like a demon waking up.
