Removal and replacing exhaust

Well, I went and ordered a new exhaust. I am wondering how hard it is to remove the factory exhaust. I have ramps and that is about it. Can this be done in the garage or should I just have a shop do it? Any tips or tricks I should know about also would be helpful. TIA.

We replaced mine in my garage, my two boys helped. It took about 45 minutes. I would also suggest lifting both front and back. Drive up on the ramps and jack up the rear and put on some jack stands. Depending on which exhaust you get, make sure you point the drain holes on the mufflers down. The hardest part of the change out is the driver side is one piece from the cats back, is kinda heavy. Once you get it unbolted move it back and forth to get it off. Also make sure you torque the clamps to the required spec per the instructions.

Enjoy the new sound!
