3.5L Mods!!??

ok.....so looking back, i should have bought the 300C for the performance, but when i was purchasing the Touring, i was thinking that sometime in the next year (when i could save more money (college student)), there would be some nice performance mods for our 3.5'ers...possibly some headers, throttle body spacer, possibly even a supercharger or turbocharger. But all i keep hearing is there is no market for these products! I have read these forums and lx for the past year, and all i see is 3.5ers saying how they would purchase these products if they were available.
Is there any advancement on these products that anyone knows about?
Thanks!
Matt

i dont think its worth to hook up the 3.5L, i have a touring as well. it would be cheaper to get a new C rather than getting a supercharger and performace would be close to the C, I put an intake and a exhaust... that all u need... it sounds sickk. i always get compliments on my ride

I too was frustrated with the lack of performance mods for the 3.5L when I had one. In trying to guess a manufacturer's thinking, people who buy the V6 most likely didn't buy it for power - or else they would have bought a V8. So they must see the V6 tuner market as a very small segment of all V6's sold. Not to say that it doesn't exist, but its nowhere near as large as the V8 crowd who likely bought their cars for power and performance (as opposed to gas mileage, a whole other debate with MDS). In the end I upgraded to the SRT8 to get the performance I was looking for. Of course now there are Mopar performance parts for the 5.7 and not the 6.1.
