Installed Blastin' Bob's Exhaust!!!

I bought the resonator eliminator kit from Blastin' Bob on Ebay and had them installed at a very professional and reputable muffler place in San Diego for an unbelievable price (I had to slap myself to make sure it was real). I only got the 5 dB kit because I didn't want it too loud. Wow! Almost immediately the car felt lighter in the rear, seemed to get up and go quicker and does indeed have the hemi rumble sound. There's a little drone at 1st, 2nd, 3rd gears right now but I've heard in about a month or so of driving it mellows out. At 4th the drone disappears into sweet smoothness. The tips sticking out the back look just the right size too. I'll try to post pics soon.

Question Highway drone continues...

I love the looks and growl when starting and accelerating( 5db kit,) but after taking several multi hour trips on the highway I'm getting tired of the drone. I have had the kit for a few months, no change in sound.

Hey guys,

For the sound bite look up Allied Muffler Ebay store on Ebay and the sound clips are there. I'm not that computer savvy to put one on here. I will try to put up some pics soon though I've been busy lately. There is a drone but for me I don't mind because 1) I'm not picky since this is the nicest car I"ve ever owned (believe me, I've had some buckets in the past) and 2) the pipes sticking out the back look sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet! The pipes are the way they should've looked as stock.

two bits of advice. one, they WILL get louder after they break in a little and the pipes cure. and two, keep the tip clean! i made the mistake of not cleaning them with a little steel wool and theyre starting to stain a little with exhaust soot.
