Thinking about converting to HID

I've been thinking about converting my headlights to HID. I recently replaced my stock bulbs with some Hyper White Bulbs. I like how they look, but I'd like for it to be brighter when I drive at night. Has anyone converted to HID and if so which conversion kit did you go with?? And how are results?? Any problems??

2 of our supporting vendors make HID kits that are plug and play.

Try:

Umnitza or Intense HID (both vendors here)

I know a lot of members on the LX Forums have gone with the FactoroneGarage.com HID kit for the LX's. Many are very happy with those.

I for one did the factoronegarage.com HID kit and I love it. Works great and it was an easy direct connect install. I will be doing the fog lights shortly.

Yes the SRT's do come with HID headlights as a standard feature.

The member who is asking the question own's a 300C. The HID headlights are available on a 300C, from the factory, but as an option. It is far cheaper to go with an aftermarket HID kit, if you have a 300C and no HID option, than to buy the OEM HID headlights ($900 ea.)

Hi,

I went with the Intense HID 6000k unit. I was on the fence for some time before I went and did it. The kit went in very easy and I love them. I have not had any problems with them. I am waiting for the H10 HID kit to come in and change out my fog lights.

Some C's have the option of having HID's.. that's what Free was trying to tell you. You can order it thru the dealer when you purchase the car... it's and OPTION accessory thing.. And I would try to re-look at your connections of the HID kit you bought...
