1999 Civic SI vs 2006 Heritage Edition 300C

Just thought everyone would get a kick out of this, a buddy of mine has a 1999 Honda Civic SI and it is lowered and only modification is a Turbo that he only can run at no more than 10 lbs of boost because he says if he goes any higher he blown the motor because its all stock internals but anyway he wants to race me in my 2006 Heritage Edition 300C and he and his other friends think he will smoke me. I know for a fact he only has about 230 Hp. But I'll let everyone know how bad i beet him.

I have no worried i think its funny that him and his other friends think he beat me but the kicker is they think he is gonna just beat me so bad they said how much of a head start do you want. Another one of his friends wants to race me in his 2003 jetta turbo with minor mods. So i let you know how bad I beat them

Remember you have much more horsepower, but you also have much more weight... so drive it straight and true... practice a little to be sure you have it down... then take him to town.

Here's a thought... tell him how much head start you want (take as much as you think he thinks you need). Then after you disappear, stop for a latte, a tan and a shower and he catches up... ask how much lead he wants for the next trial run!

hemi race

OK then... tell this MORON driving the civic si that you'll give him two car lengths (civic size lengths) and then SMOKE his ASS !!!
That way you'll embarress him and his stooges !!!
B D HEMI
p.s . I guarantee you that these "tiny" little cars won't ever ask you for a race again.

I think you'll get him but if he knows how to drive his car he should be able to pull a high 14 in the 1/4 mile- less than a second behind you by the time you hit 100mph. Don't talk trash, just beat him and let him tell you how nice your car is.

Let us know how it goes... I'm suprised he hasn't just dropped a GSR engine into that thing already with the turbo; if he really likes racing tuners. I used to see a lot of the import tuners run on Terminal Island back in the days... Have fun racing the Civic and the Jetta... Then like Dubster said race him in reverse...
