couple days after getting my SRT these kids in a BMW, all with braces, pulled up next to me in at a light and were saying something. i looked over and was like wtf?.. so anyways it turns green and they step on it, now i finally realize what they were trying to do so in my mind i was like 'oh hell no', and calmly floored it. They were done.

as i waited at the next light for them to finally catch up i asked them if it was a 325, and the kids like 'no, its a 330!!' with kind of retainer/lisp sounding voice.

lol, anyways, they got smoked, my first kill in the SRT
maybe they will think before attempting that again

At 120 my car starts a slow pull that barely nets me a full length on the guy at 150 mph. But my pull is still there all the way, so the outcome was never in doubt.

What a run. One of the best I've had in a while. Got a real nice thumbs up from the driver.

Wow, I thought those v's were supposed to be faster?

I don't think the 330 are all that powerwise but I have heard the 335's are supposed to be very fast and it costs next to nothing to chip the twin turbos to well over 400bhp..perhaps somebody with knowledge could add further, as I seem to see then all the time!

you are exactly right about that. if you have a good driver behind the wheel, a stock 335i will outrun an e46 m3. chipped/piggybacked they are some serious trouble! do a search on here for 335, and you will see many heated debates about this, including some people from bmw boards trolling over here and posting in our house!

New kill:
Early 90's Honda Accord with Evo wing, fart can exhaust, and altezza tail lights.
He pulls up to me at a light at around 1am or so on the deserted west end of Billings and revs his engine. With all my windows down I asked if he really wanted to race a 300C. (the light now green from our conversation) He says I'd be surprised at what his Accord would do and we agree to go at the next green light. I rev my engine to let that new AFE intake roar at his 2 litres of bubbling fury.
So we took off at the following green light and- needless to say- the race was over before it even began. The kid was a good sport and said my 'ride was effin BADA**' ...but then he said that if his axle wasn't going out the race would have been a LOT closer.

I was coming home from work at around 2:30 or 3am and had a G35s come up and start inching. so i speed up, he speeds up, he punched it and so did i. started from about 75 and at 130 or so I had him by almost a length so I let off and let him keep going. I'd had a couple before leaving the bar so i didnt want to risk anymore.

Numerous LS-1s and S197 GTs

1 LS2 GTO on the street 2x and numerous times at the track.

I would think you should have had the G by more than one car length? I regularly blow them away. Maybe it was mod'd?
