Dynamic Racing 5.7L hemi up-date

As most of you know our Charger Dynoed 346 RWHP with Our stage 2 heads, Comp stage 1 MDS cam and Dynatech headers, magna flow exhaust.

We just finished today removing the Stage 1 cam, removing the MDS lifters, MDs solenoids from the block and going to the Comp stage 2 cam. And so far all I can say is WOW, The car is much faster. After start-up the car did the same thing it did with the stage 1 cam, it had a hard time idling but after letting it idle for 15 min, then driving it allowing the ECU to re-learn the car is running like a champ. and has STILL not throw ANY codes!

I put about 10 miles on it earlier, I'm going to drive it 30 or so miles tonight and see if it throws any codes. I'll keep you up-dated.

I'll most likly take it to dyno in this weekend.

Outstanding, Matt.

Can't wait to see your numbers from both the dyno and the track.

That is really, REALLY interesting Matt. How much extra work is it to do the solenoids and the lifters? In case you don't recognize my screen name I'm one of the two MFO guys getting his car worked over. CoolVanilla is going to kill me for even thinking about it but maybe I can sneak a question or two in in over here. Meister.... *shhhhhh*

And by the way Matt, I said it over at the other forum but I will also say it here: We are really, really happy to have you as a sponsoring contributor to the MFO5 testing event. You're helping to make it the greatest performance event in LX history to date.

Matt...I am glad to hear about the "no codes". I hope that I am as fortunate with the custom grind you spec'd for me. I am particularly happy to hear that plugging the MDS has not thrown any codes. With any luck I will be able to give the cam, your heads, and my GSM supercharger a try this weekend. I will report any success's or failures.

I am also very happy to hear your superb craftsmanship is finding a place in this forum and with these cars. The shop manager and both mechanics that have been doing the install of your heads and cam on my car went out of their way to tell me how impressed they were with your work.

Moose,

I'm working on my SRT8 right now with a few mods going on at the same time. I will be posting a writeup once it is complete. Basicly, doing the Dub Air CAI, Stripper/Custom Direct Port NOS kit, Dynamic Racing Heads and possibly cat deletes.

I'll let you know, but I have had DR heads on 2 previous vehicles and was impressed with both sets so I'm not worried.

A shameless bump for an amazing vendor...

Matt...thanks again for your immediate response to my cam pm earlier today. I have been testing your patients for over 8 weeks now with questions and concerns and you always respond with astounding promptness. You have set a new standard with the quality of your work and your customer service.
