How is JBA High flow cats and Exhaust

New to forum.
planning to put JBA highflow cats and exhaust on my 300c next week.
was wondering that, if highflow cats will bring out check engine light or not. if light comes on How do I turn it off? Do I need shims for O2 sensors or flashes it.
anyways looking at price of 500 for each for exhaust and cats.
