Some interesting addon to exhaust

Anyone tried these on their ride before? Not too sure about the claim on HP or fuel gain. Put that aside and I find it looks cool and doesn't cost much. If I can get a deeper exhaust note then it will worth the price. Any thoughts?

The latest craze now is Whistle Tips welded into the exhaust pipes in the Oakland area. Get this, it's legal... at least for now! It's LOUD and can be heard for over a mile.
