Had anyone try this Moletech Fuel Saver?

Wonder anyone had try this on their car. A friend of mine who drive an old Celica which get lousy milege but claims it works like wonder. I can tell he is not lying but too bad his car has no computer like ours so no hard fact figuares. But than again if a simple product like this can do something every big car company spend millions to achieve, why they not just put this as standard in their cars and simply out sell the competition. Just too good to be true. Anyone had experience?
