HA HA!! Will- You dog!

I should have guessed you were gonna pop for a nitrous set-up!

I think you are going the right way, nitrous is the best way to get serious HP without tearing down your motor. Pretty cool, since you only use it when you want to.

Where are you gonna run the purge line? I thought it would be cool to run it out the grill, like a snorting dragon

Way to go- Keep us all updated on the install!

Jay

LETS START OFF BY SAYING IT WAS NOT MY 1ST INTENTION TO GUT MY CATS. I HAD 2 DYNOTECH HIGH FLOW CATS GO BAD ON ME AND I JUST SAID WHAT THE HECK, LETS SEE HOW THE CAR WILL RESPOND TO NO CATS. SO I GUTTED THEM MYSELF. ABOUT THE GAS MILEAGE I REALLY CAN SAY BECAUSE I DON'T CHECK IT. NOW ABOUT RUNNING RICH, THATS WHAT I BELIEVE DESTROYED THE CATS IN THE 1ST PLACE. RUNNING THE LONGTUBE HEADERS, EXHAUST AND AIRHAMMER FREED UP SO MUCH AIR THE COMPUTER COMPOSATED BY DUMPING MORE FUEL. WHICH IN TURN THE UNBURNT FUEL GOT ON THE HIGH FLOW CATS AND IGNITED THE MATERIAL INSIDE. WHEN I GET HOME TODAY I WILL SHOW YOU A PIC OF IT, PRETTY GROSS. IT LOOKS LIKE LITTLE GREMLINS GOT INSIDE OF IT .

HEY JAY,

MY TIMES AT THE TRACK ARE PRETTY GOOD FOR THE MODS THAT I HAVE BUT THE GUYS I'M RACING FROM THE FORUM ARE JUST A LITTLE BIT FASTER (WAY MORE MODS THAN ME). HHP HAS A DRAG RACE EVENT FOR THE LXer's ON THE EAST COAST THAT I'M A PART OF AND WOULD LIKE TO WIN IT SO I NEED TO EVEN THE PLAYING FIELD AND THIS IS THE CHEAPEST PLUS FASTEST WAY TO DO IT. INTRODUCING THE THE EQUALIZER. LOL

THE PURGE WILL EITHER BE THROUGH THE FRONT GRILLE OR A BRAKE DUCT (STEALTH). STILL UNDECIDED. YOU GUYS WILL BE INFORMED!!

Now Now Mike, I will keep my comments to myself, but I guess with the NOS I dont have to say anything.

Why not put it in the wheel well right past the corner bulbs on the bumper.
One on each side will be insane.

Or you can get the fender vents and make them shoot out of there on each side.
