POSI Pads, Do they work for dust? Where is the best source to buy?

Ok, I have had my 300SRT for almost a month and I can't tell you how sick I am of cleaning the Dust of my rims, I have heard about Posi Pads and Green/Yellow/Red Stuff pads

Who has tried new pads and did it work, where did you get yours / How much can I expect to spend for pads and install?
