New 5.7L Exhaust Questions

Hey All - looking at possibly picking up a new exhaust soon. I have a few options:

Magnaflow
Flowmaster
Dynomax
JBA

I've read up on here plenty about the magnaflows and the flowmasters, MDS drone and all, but haven't found much info on the dynomax or jba. I like the idea of the dynomax because its sold through moparsupercenter, and is a mopar-approved product, but are there any other exhausts that would be warranteed under mopar? Of the four, which one would you recommend as the overall "best" value? I'm not sure if I'm too concerned about MDS drone, since I always have the radio pretty loud when I'm in the car. Any info on these two systems, or any of the four systems, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

Not sure about Warranty issues with aftermarket exhausts. I got magnaflow mufflers, yes there is a drone when the MDS comes on-it's no big deal and if I want quiet or am on the phone, I just shift into 4th gear and it eliminates the drone. The Magnaflow mufflers cost me under $300 installed and they removed all the crap that plugs the exhaust up (mufflers and another suticase type of thing). At idle it is not much different than stock - at WOT is is very throaty. Not the ludest exhaust out there-thats why I chose it.

haha i know they seem to be one of the most popular on here, but also one of the most expensive! trying to get something thats a good balance of quality/price, corsa seems like its just a little bit too much out of my budget for right now. anybody with any info on the dynomax or jba? im really curious to hear any comments about either of those systems.

and what about Borla? Or is it price issue as well? I love mine, wouldn't change a thing with it. As far as warranty, the exhaust itself will be warrantied by the manufacturer, Borla (and some others) have pretty much lifetime warranties. As far as your Chrysler warranty a cat-back exhaust should have no effect on it, all other parts covered same as ever.

Drone is only an issue for the family, clients and on trips. For great sound I like the SLP loudmouth series. Next is Zoomers for me. For everyday married life, I would say Corsa is the gentlemans choice, or perhaps Borla. Single, 20 to 30ish, Magnaflow, Flowmaster. As for headers, the sound will depend on whats from the headers back. Pick what you like, or can afford, or can get away with. The Hemi sounds great with any of the options available. None are a bad choice if you ask me. Its a question of ones circumstances.

i fall into the 20 to 30ish range on your scale - the car is an everyday driver, and im just looking for a good moderation of performance, sound, and appearance. the corsa, borla, and zoomer exhausts are all awesome, it just seems that price wise they are on the "next level" in terms of whats available. at the same time, id rather save money and get something that is really high quality if it makes that much of a difference over the cheaper stuff (basically why i went for the dub edition grille over other options out there). tbyrne has an awesome group buy goin on the magnaflow, which is why it has peaked my interest, but i read alot of mds drone complaints, so im on the fence about it. but then again i have subs in the trunk and like the music loud, so how much of a problem could it possibly be for me? also, i plan on keeping the car for a while, ive only had it 6 months, so i want to be sure to get a system that will hold up over time

When I was in the 20 to 30ish bracket MDS would rarely have been on, except when unemployed and short of gas money, on long trips looking for work, well, maybe most of the time. There is a Magnaflow fan club here and maybe one of them will speak up. For us "want to have it both ways people" or us "have our cake and eat it too people", its Borla or Corsa $$$. When I was "younger" I went for the best header I could buy and the cheapest header back system that could be bent up. I had to replace the mufflers every 2 years but other than that, it sounded and performed great. Not stock but not nasty loud either. You really need to ride in a 300c with the system your thinking about, or can afford. What drives one person crazy could be music to your ears.

Save your money and get the best. Do once and don't look back.
I'm sure you can find someone in your area that may have each of these so you can check them out>
